Pico de Gallo

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 medium tomato, diced and drained
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ! tablespoon of pepper vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until evenly distributed. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
